Your FlexiPass

The package and style you select determine your monthly meal allowance and price. FLEX lets you book eligible meals yourself; AUTO uses your recurring routine; MIX combines both. Each confirmed meal uses one meal credit. Extras use separate Shake, Juice or Sweet credits. Credits from different categories cannot be exchanged.

Payment and monthly renewal

Prices and any applicable discount are shown in AED before payment. Your selected meal membership and extras subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Extras subscriptions can be cancelled separately. We do not charge a new price without showing it to you and obtaining any consent required by law. A payment confirmation, not a return to a success page, establishes your paid entitlement.

Purchases before 26 October 2026 are paid immediately for the first month beginning on 26 October 2026. The next monthly payment is on 26 November 2026. Subsequent purchases renew on the monthly billing date shown at checkout. If a month does not have that day, the billing schedule uses the applicable month-end date.

Credits, changes and cancellation

Unused paid meal and extras credits carry over without expiry, including after subscription cancellation. Cancelling stops future renewals at the end of the paid period; it does not remove unused paid credits or cancel an already confirmed delivery. There is no membership pause option. A requested meal-tier change takes effect at the next renewal. Existing paid credits remain available.

Use My Pass to manage the subscription, or contact us if you cannot access your account. Cancelling the meal subscription does not automatically cancel a separately retained extras subscription; the confirmation shows what will end. Outstanding charges for deliveries already fulfilled remain payable.

Delivery and collection

Collection at an available partner location is free. Home delivery costs AED 15 per fulfilled delivery, billed monthly. Multiple meals in one shared delivery incur one delivery fee. Available dates, windows and locations are shown when booking. Choosing a collection location does not change referral attribution.

You may cancel a confirmed delivery at least 24 hours before its delivery window starts, using Dubai time. Eligible meal credits are restored. For later cancellations or delivery problems, contact us. Your statutory rights for defective, unsafe, incorrect or undelivered goods are not limited by this cutoff.

Refunds and food safety

Contact us to request a refund. For a discretionary refund of unused paid credits, we verify the original amount actually paid and which credits remain unused; corresponding refunded credits are removed, and consumed credits are not refundable under this voluntary policy. Mandatory remedies for incorrect, defective, unsafe or undelivered goods still apply. We review partial refunds against the original payment and discounts and confirm the calculation before processing. Approved refunds return through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing time.

Review the listed ingredients and allergens before ordering and tell us about any allergy before confirmation. Do not assume an item is suitable if information is unclear. Shared preparation areas can involve cross-contact. Follow the food storage and use-by instructions supplied with your order. Nutrition figures are estimates, not medical advice.

Offers and referrals

The general launch offer is limited to the first 100 qualifying customers and gives 20% off the first month's meal package only. Eligibility and availability are confirmed at checkout. A qualifying Prime Fitness referral receives the applicable recurring 20% meal-package discount. Extras are excluded and these discounts are not combined. Referral and partner rewards require verified eligibility and qualifying payment; refunds may reverse related rewards.

Accounts, support and legal rights

Keep your sign-in links and credentials private. Use accurate account and delivery information. Contact us promptly about account misuse, an incorrect charge or an order problem. We may restrict fraudulent or unlawful use, without removing rights you have under applicable law.

These terms are governed by applicable UAE law and the laws applicable in Dubai. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or your right to contact the competent consumer-protection authority. Changes to these terms will be published here; material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated before they apply.
